Circle Smash

Overview

Circle Smash is a mobile reaction game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may store or collect, how it is used, and what choices players and parents have.

Age

Circle Smash is intended for players aged 13 and older. The app is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Information Stored On Your Device

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Best score
• Tutorial completion status
• Sound and haptic settings
• Anonymous local player identifier
• Gameplay progress and run results

This local information is used to make the game work, save your progress, and improve the gameplay experience.

Information We May Collect For Online Features

If online scoreboards, live player counts, or analytics are enabled, Circle Smash may collect limited gameplay information, including:

• Anonymous player identifier
• Generated display name
• Score, cleared circles, combo count, and perfect hits
• Gameplay events such as run start, run end, target hit, and target missed
• Device platform
• Country and continent estimated from device locale for leaderboard grouping

We use this information to operate leaderboards, understand game balance, detect issues, and improve the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

Circle Smash does not ask for or intentionally collect:

• Email address or password
• Real name
• Precise location
• Contacts
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Payment card details

Ads And Purchases

Circle Smash may show interstitial ads through Google AdMob after failed runs. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers, and the Android advertising ID for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Circle Smash offers an optional Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Circle Smash may store whether Remove Ads is owned so ads stay disabled. Circle Smash does not receive or store payment card details.

You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device privacy settings. If Remove Ads is purchased, ads are disabled in the app.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only when needed to operate the app, such as hosting analytics, leaderboards, or Google Play services.

Data Retention

Local data remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app. Online gameplay data may be kept as long as needed to operate leaderboards, analytics, security, and app improvement.

Your Choices

• You can clear local app data through your Android device settings.
• You can uninstall the app at any time.
• You can contact us to request deletion of online gameplay data linked to your anonymous player identifier where technically possible.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the app and related services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to keep collected data limited and appropriate for the app.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when new features are added, or when legal or platform requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
